Jason Peck is a British-American writer, filmmaker, and media producer based in Chicago. With a background in theatre, comedy, and performance across the UK and Europe, he brings a storyteller’s precision and performer’s instincts to every project.
As CEO and Founder of Henniker Road Media, Jason leads both creative and production strategy across the company’s two divisions. Henniker Road Works partners with learning teams, coaches, and content creators to refresh outdated media, polish audio, and deliver clear, compelling video that meets modern standards.
Henniker Road Entertainment develops original films and narrative storytelling, including feature-length projects, emphasizing bold ideas, creative freedom, and full artistic control.
Equal parts creative and technical, Jason focuses on helping organizations tell their stories with clarity, credibility, and craft.

Melissa Peck is an award-winning director, producer, and story editor with over 20 years of experience across film, theatre, and financial services. She brings a rare blend of creativity and leadership to every production, ensuring that each project delivers lasting impact.
Melissa began her career in theatre as Founding Artistic Director of Focal Point Theatre Company, directing the acclaimed Midwest premiere of After Miss Julie. Her directing has earned honors such as the Curator’s Choice Award at the Around the Coyote Festival.
Her debut feature film, Falling For You, showcases her gift for character-driven storytelling and her ability to lead a project from concept to screen. At Henniker Road Media, she continues to shape story, tone, and structure for creative projects, helping content connect with purpose and professionalism.
