Jason Peck
CEO, Founder, Producer
Jason Peck is a British-American writer, filmmaker, and media producer based in Chicago. With a background in theatre, comedy, and performance across the UK and Europe, he brings a storyteller’s precision and performer’s instincts to every project.
Before launching Henniker Road Media, Jason wrote for London’s Newsrevue and The Treason Show, performed across international stages, and created original works for Chicago theatre. His transition into film and multimedia production began with his own feature film — learning post-production firsthand to bring it to life.
As CEO and Founder of Henniker Road Media, Jason leads both creative direction and strategic production across the company’s two divisions. Through Henniker Road Works, he partners with learning teams, coaches, and content creators to refresh outdated media, polish audio, and deliver clear, compelling video that meets modern standards.
Equal parts creative and technical, Jason’s focus is on helping organizations tell their stories with clarity, credibility, and craft.
Melissa Albertario
COO, Film Director, and Story Editor
Melissa Peck is an award-winning director, producer, and story editor with over 20 years of experience across film, theatre, and financial services. As COO of Henniker Road Media, she brings a rare blend of operational insight and creative leadership to every production — ensuring that each project runs smoothly, stays on message, and delivers lasting impact.
Melissa began her career in theatre as Founding Artistic Director of Focal Point Theatre Company, directing the acclaimed Midwest premiere of After Miss Julie. Her directing has earned honors such as the Curator’s Choice Award at the Around the Coyote Festival.
Her debut feature film, Falling For You, showcases her gift for character-driven storytelling and her ability to lead a project from concept to screen.
At Henniker Road Media, Melissa shapes story, tone, and structure across both divisions — helping clients craft content that connects with purpose and professionalism.
